Just before going out to one of our great New Orleans festivals (Bayou Boogaloo), someone asked for sunscreen, as we are conscious of sun protection. We had a mix of kids and adults in our group. I couldn't remember where I had packed the sunscreen, but did remember that I had just purchased this great lotion, from Vaseline, that has SPF15. It's called "Daily Skin Shield" and, in addition to the sunscreen, it also has green tea and vitamin A, known anti-oxidants. It is not heavy and greasy, and has a light, pleasant smell, that everyone liked, even the guys. I do know that there are 2 kinds of UV rays that we should be concerned concerned about, UVB abd UVA, but the product info does not specify whether it protects against both; it only states "UV".
I can't remember from which store I purchased the lotion (I think Kmart), and can't remember the exact price, but I think it was under $5.00 for 20.3 oz.
